Our Wine regions are not determined by their latitude or distance from the coast, but by elevation. At high altitudes, where the air is thin and the water is pure comes Pampano Pinot Griogio, 'Pampano' means a healthy vine root - which is what we seek above all else to give us a balanced crop and fresh, ripe fruity flavors. Round and soft, with modest peach and butter notes and a broad, slightly nutty finish.
